We may share your personal information in the following circumstances:
Affiliates
We may share your information with our corporate affiliates and subsidiaries for purposes consistent with this Notice.
Service Providers
We share information with vendors and service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as email delivery, subscription and print fulfillment, payment processing, cloud hosting, IT services, analytics, and customer support. 5. Cookies & Interest-Based Advertising
We and our third-party partners use cookies, pixels, web beacons, software development kits (SDKs), and other tracking technologies on our websites and apps. These technologies help us:
- Keep you logged in to your account and remember your preferences.
- Understand how visitors use our Services so we can improve content and performance.
- Deliver advertising tailored to your interests on our Services and across third-party websites (interest-based advertising or “IBA”).
- Measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns.
- Attribute purchases and conversions through affiliate marketing networks.
You can manage your cookie preferences at any time through the cookie consent tool available on our site. You may also opt out of interest-based advertising through industry tools including the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out page and the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out page. Please note that opting out does not mean you will stop seeing all ads — you will still see contextual advertising, but it will not be tailored to your interests.
Some browsers support a “Do Not Track” (DNT) feature. We currently do not respond to DNT signals. Where required by law, we will honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a request to opt out of the “sharing” of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
6. Your Choices

You may unsubscribe from marketing and promotional emails at any time by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link in any email we send you, or by contacting our customer care team. Please note that you may continue to receive transactional emails related to your account or subscription.
Postal Marketing
To opt out of having your subscriber information shared with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes, contact us at the address in Section 14.
Interest-Based Advertising
See Section 5 above for instructions on opting out of interest-based advertising through cookie management tools and industry opt-outs.
Account Information
You may update or correct the information in your account by logging into your account settings, or by contacting customer care.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information. See Section 11 (California) and Section 12 (other states) for details. You may also exercise this right by clicking the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link in the footer of our website.
7. Data Retention

When your personal information is no longer required, we will securely delete or anonymize it so that it can no longer be associated with you.
8. How We Protect Your Information
We implement reasonable and appropriate administrative, technical, and physical security measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or destruction. These include data encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, and regular security assessments.
However, no security measures are completely infallible. We cannot guarantee that your information will never be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed despite our efforts. If you have reason to believe your interaction with us is no longer secure, please contact us immediately using the contact details in Section 14.
9. Children’s Privacy
Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
